Rental terms and conditions

1. Rental period

The rental period starts on the delivery date and ends on the date the equipment is collected. Extensions must be requested before the end date.

2. Rent and payment

Rent is payable in advance as per the quote. Late payment may lead to suspension of the rental and collection of equipment.

3. Security deposit

A refundable deposit may be collected. It is refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected, minus any charges for damage, loss or missing accessories.

4. Delivery and installation

Delivery, installation and pickup charges, if any, are mentioned in the quote. The customer must check equipment on delivery and report issues within 24 hours.

5. Use of equipment

Equipment must be used with reasonable care at the agreed location. It must not be sub-rented, sold, pledged or moved to another city without written approval.

6. Software and licences

Equipment is supplied with the software listed in the quote. The customer is responsible for licences of any software they install.

7. Faults and replacement

Faults due to normal use are repaired or replaced by Rivoult Computer at no extra cost. The customer must not open or repair equipment themselves.

8. Damage and loss

The customer is responsible for physical damage, liquid damage, theft and loss during the rental period. Repair or replacement cost will be charged at actuals.

9. Data

The customer must back up and remove their data before return. All returned devices are securely erased. Rivoult Computer is not responsible for data left on returned devices.

10. Early return and termination

Early return terms are as per the quote. Rivoult Computer may terminate the rental and collect equipment if these terms are breached.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.

These are our standard terms. The quote and rental agreement for your order contain the final terms and take priority.
