Terms that apply to services provided by Rivoult Computer.
Services
Quotes are valid for the period mentioned on them. Work begins after you approve the quote. Additional work found during repair is done only after your approval.
Warranty
Warranty on parts and repairs is mentioned on the invoice. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or tampering after repair.
Payments
Payment terms are mentioned in the quote or invoice. Equipment repaired at our workbench is returned after payment.
Data
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing over devices. We take care but are not liable for data loss on faulty devices.
Rentals
Rentals are governed by our rental terms and the rental agreement.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
